Looks like this commit: 
https://github.com/boostorg/python/commit/fdd3e8b2c1e06667386c4a23018d5ddb14e6b591 
removed the python Jamfile.

I can't at the moment see where it's being loaded from.

Also looks like the regular Boost build process will no longer build the 
python libraries?
