The Boost Foundation <https://sites.google.com/a/boost.org/steering/> is a
100% volunteer-led 501(c)3 non-profit with transparency as part of its
mission. You can see our meeting minutes right on the website. Donations,
which are matched by many employers, help fund the mailing list, boost.org
servers, and other Boost expenses.

I think circulating an annual report would help socialize the good work the
Boost Foundation does. We should do that. I know the board is more than
happy to entertain proposals on how to use funding to forward the mission.
Just recently we opened up the possibility for those in the Boost community
to contribute directly to C++ standardization through its membership.
