If we do that, then these four libraries will appear as just one
library on the various libraries pages:

https://www.boost.org/doc/libs/
https://www.boost.org/doc/libs/1_81_0/libs/libraries.htm

Each library has slightly different metadata such as the first release
date and the author. We would lose these distinctions.
