[Async] Review ends tomorrow

Dear Boost,

The peer review of Boost.Async ends tomorrow. Currently no reviews have 
been received, there has been almost no discussion, and it appears 
nobody has been testing Klemens' library.

Unless there is a major change by tomorrow, I suspect we'll have to try 
this again next month when more people return from summer holidays.
