Interestingly, the proposed `defer` is literally your
BOOST_SCOPE_FINAL, complete with the mandatory [&].

So this is both an argument for retaining the explicit [&] and an
argument in favor of renaming it to BOOST_SCOPE_DEFER.

It's not clear what are the chances of N2895 in WG14, of course.
