Review schedule update

Folks,

I have just updated the review schedule with status
of the reviewed libraries as well as Boost versions
releasing the new libraries. I'll appreciate if authors
of the libraries (from STLInterfaces onwards) could
verify if I've got their release version right.

p.s. thanks to Christopher Kormanyos for nudging me
about the update.
