My 2 cents...

1. If there are going to be Boost developed tools, they should be a
review for them.

And everyone else has mentioned the reasons I would have mentioned. So
not going to say more on that.

2. I generally don't think Boost should develop tools.

My reason is simple.. It's best to focus on what Boost does well. And
to present a single front to users. It's one of the reasons why I
moved B2 development out of Boost. I realize this is somewhat
contradictory to my stated support for a review of the debug printer
tool. But (1) does have a big if on it.
