I'd like to remind authors that they can begin filling the release notes at

https://github.com/boostorg/website/blob/master/feed/history/boost_1_88_0.qbk

Usually, this is left as a last-minute thing and it's not unfrequent 
that some
libs end up without their release notes being added. Let's get it perfect
this time around :-)
