Since it seems as though we have found a single point of failure in our review process I would like to volunteer to be an additional Review Wizard. I'm not exactly sure if there's a process for such a thing. Prior to my work at the CPPAlliance I spent plenty of time as a Project Manager, and I have a Master's Degree in Engineering Management so I believe I can handle the scope of responsibilities laid out here: https://www.boost.org/community/reviews.html.
