The C++ Alliance tries to do things in this area. Vinnie had an idea
for the new Boost web site to give badges to people for accomplishing
various Boost-related tasks: filing issues, contributing code,
reviewing and managing reviews. Maybe we can also increase visibility
of review managers by displaying their names on library landing pages
and on their documentation home pages?
