[Boost-docs] xsltproc from meta-comm broken?

I tried to compile documentation on windows using the patched version of 
xsltproc from the meta-comm site:
http://engineering.meta-comm.com/boost/xsltproc-win32.zip

However the html docs cannot be generated:

1) On w2k I get an access violation

2) On xp I get simply nothing

Replacing the meta-comm version by the latest versions from the net I 
get the infamous (yet expected) create directory bug.

pdf generation works fine.

What am I missing?
