The page:

http://svn.boost.org/trac/boost/wiki/ImprovingBoostDocsSubprojects

suggests that the listed subprojects have a corresponding directory in
the boost_docs/subprojects of the sandbox, which can be used for
development.  However, this directory does not exist.

For consistency with the Wiki, I have created the subprojects
directory, and a subdirectory for each subproject listed on that page.
 This is also for the convenience of those people that are starting up
a subproject, so they can feel comfortable that there is a place for
their files as the wiki indicates.

I am in no way intending this to be a suggestion to those that are
already working on a subproject, and keeping the files elsewhere, to
move them into this newly created location :-)
