The attached patch fixes the link to LICENSE_1_0.txt in the footer of the html 
output, making it look for it in the project's root directory.

By the way, I haven't heard any response from the boostbook maintainers to any 
of my previous patches.  If the maintainers don't have time to review them, 
is it allright for me to commit them to svn myself?  I have a couple more 
small patches I haven't posted due to them touching files altered by previous 
patches.
