[Boost-docs] Copyright footer style

I notice that the style of the copyright footer has changed - IMO not for 
the better - was this deliberate or a side effect of something else?

Playing around:

.copyright-footer
{
text-align: right;
font-size: 70%;
}

.copyright-footer p
{
text-align: right;
font-size: 90%;
}

Looks about right to me, would this be an acceptable change for the main 
doc/ stylesheet?
