I use <reftitle> in the Accumulators doc Jamfile. For example ...

doxygen accdoc
     :
         [ glob ../../../boost/accumulators/accumulators*.hpp ]
...
     :
         <reftitle>"Accumulators Framework Reference"
     ;

I'm testing your change now, but I don't think it should cause me any 
problems. I'll let you know.
