Yep, that's it.
I downloaded iconv, libxml2, libxslt, and zlib, and put their bin
directories ahead of cygwin in my path. Works fine now.
I'm going to try to set up a nightly build and upload so we can start to
evaluate release candidates on an ongoing basis.
