Subject: [Boost-docs] Updating links

Hi,
A while ago I started trying to update the links in trunk for the new
site, and as it'll be released soon(?) it's a good time to start
merging these changes in. The attached patch updates the links at the
top of boostbook pages. Which is a good start as it clears out a ton
of broken links. Although, maybe we should be replacing the header
with the new style header instead, and just removing those links.
Also, what's the plan for more/index.html? Some of the files it links
to are still in the main release, so something should link to them.
Should I just remove the links to files that have been moved to the
site, or perhaps I should update them to link to the site?
I'm assuming the new site will be released along with the new version
of boost. If not then maybe the way forward is to link to the current
pages on the site and let redirects sort things out when the site is
released.
Daniel
