I believe there is an error in this line:

 return CString(what[0].first, what.length());I believe the latter parameter should be what[0].length().  (i.e. insert the [0])

There may be a similar error in the regex_match section.

This correlates to page 132 in the Boost.Regex manual PDf file.

There may also be an error re .length(1) at the top of 131.
