thanks for the explanations! I have one more question regarding doxygen.  
I've added 'using doxygen ;' to my user-config.jam file as explained at  
http://www.boost.org/doc/libs/1_36_0/doc/html/boostbook/getting/started.html#boostbook.setup.doxygen.  
But what do I need to do now to generate the documentation for my .hpp  
files? I assume I need to use bjam again - but where and how?
