I've looked into it, and boost::spirit::position_iterator's handling
of newlines is pretty screwy but this probably isn't an appropriate
time or place to fix it so I think the best solution for now is to
convert the newlines before parsing. I've attached a largely untested
patch to do that, I'll try building the documentation with it and
commit it later. Of course, it hides deeper problems, so I'll try to
make a stab at dealing with them later.
