Drives the VS IDE Intellisense mad too !

Its Intelligence Circuits melt frequently requiring fairly frequent deletion
of the .ncb file to force it to re-build them.

But the Doxygen "List of all members" seems OK.

"This is the complete list of members for boost::svg::svg_1d_plot, including
all inherited members"

Is what I'd really like to have in the functions index.
