Oh sorry, I misread your original email and thought it was the power
pc version which hanged. I get the same result for the release build
with darwin-4.0. The debug version works fine, and so does darwin-4.2,
so it must be an optimization issue. To build the debug version, use
'bjam quickbook debug darwin-4.0' The exectuable will be at:
'$BOOST_ROOT/bin.v2/tools/quickbook/darwin-4.0/debug/link-static/quickbook'.
I'll try to work out what the problem is, but the best solution might
just be to change the build settings.
