[Boost-docs] validity error, when trying to do the step boostbook -> docbook

Hi All!

If I try to process the following document with xsltproc and xsl
stylesheet to produces docbook format, I get an validity error
from somewhere in the docbook dtd (freshly downloaded).

file:///home/ebw/docbook/dbpoolx.mod:7254: validity error : Redefinition of element code
<!ELEMENT code %ho; (%cptr.char.mix;)*>

Can I ignore this?
