The attached patch speeds up the boostbook to
docbook conversion from about 25-30 minutes
to about 6-7 minutes on my laptop. I haven't
fully verified that it works correctly, although
I tried it on the Units documentation and didn't
see any obvious glitches. Do the changes seem
reasonable? Does anyone who knows more
about XSLT than I do have any suggestions?
