My mistake, it did get through. The original mail was a cross post,
and I replied on dev. Here's the mail:

So now, if you use: 'boost.defaults=Boost' you'll get the default
image, navigation bar and stylesheet. Other defaults might be added,
and all parameters can overridden. Don't use it outside of boost, the
idea is that there might also be something like
'boost.defaults=Boost-Sandbox' for sandbox libraries. And don't use it
inside boost, as it's set in Jamroot.
