A different version of doxygen, maybe? I'm using 1.6.1. Can you try
building xpressive's docs and see what comes out the other end? If you
don't get the enums, I suspect a toolchain incompatibility. It's not
unheard of for doxygen to change their XML and foil our xslt transforms.
