In one jamfile I am looking at for guidance in trying to understand how 
to incorporate Doxygen, BoostBook, and Quickbook in a jamfile, the 'xml' 
command shows a doxygen output as a dependency. In another jamfile the 
'boostbook' command shows a doxygen output as a dependency. Does it 
matter ?
