That explains the extra ... for relative paths. Naturally I thought
originally it was from where the jamfile is.

Meaning the xsl files in tools/boostbook/xsl and subdirectories ? I see
many xsl:param name="somename..." and I do understand xsl, but that does
nothing to tell me what any given param actually. None of this has ever
been documented ? If true, how does one figure out what they are and
what they mean ? Just guess, and look at other people's jamfiles ?
