I'm trying to add a reference section to a documentation for a library:

/libs/assign/v2/doc
...boost_assign_v2.qbk
.../doxygen/
....../html
....../xml
...Jamfile.v2

To do so, in the qbk file, I have added :

[section Reference]

[xinclude ./doxygen/xml/index.xml]

[endsect]

I use Mac OS X 10.64. Could someone please suggest how to go about 
troubleshooting this?
