The Quickbook docs
(http://www.boost.org/doc/libs/1_47_0/doc/html/quickbook.html) don't
seem to have any information about how to create a Jamfile.v2 for a
project. Am I missing something?

A "Hello World" level example .qbk file with annotated Jamfile.v2 that
builds it would be very helpful.
