Hi,

If I have files like so:

boost/bar/xxx.hpp
boost/foo/www.hpp
boost/foo/yyy.hpp
boost/aaa.hpp
boost/zzz.hpp

Doxygen+Boostbook will give them in the following order:

boost/aaa.hpp
boost/foo/www.hpp
boost/bar/xxx.hpp
boost/foo/yyy.hpp
boost/zzz.hpp

i.e. it only looks at the name of the file and not at the path.

Is there a way to fix this?
