Hi,

I am using doxygen to generate a library reference. Is there a way to
order function and method parameters by their occurrence and not
alphabetically? I use the correct doxygen parameter, and I also see the
correct order in the generated doxygen xml file. Nevertheless, during
the transformation to boostbook/docbook this order is lost.
