[Boost-docs] Strange syntax highlight bugs

Hi,

I have a coupel of doxygen comment using @include to insert example in 
the doc. However, after being processed through boost/quick/docbook, 
those examples are only syntax highlighted in macro or structure doc, 
but not in function doc.

What could be the reason for that ?
