I discovered what the problem was in not generating doxygen
documentation. I needed to define more than one:
<doxygen:param>PREDEFINED=xxx
in my jamfile. How do I do that ? I can tell you that
<doxygen:param>PREDEFINED=xxx
<doxygen:param>PREDEFINED=yyy
<doxygen:param>PREDEFINED=zzz
does not work. It generates
PREDEFINED = xxx
PREDEFINED = yyy
PREDEFINED = zzz
in the doxygen configuration file but the correct syntax in the doxygen
configuration file is:
PREDEFINED = xxx \
yyy \
zzz
