Hi,

I have (very basic) instructions on how to make the setup there:

I am using the Jamfile that is in that folder: it is a copy/paste of 
some other Jamfile I found in boost, and does the following:
- runs doxygen
- copies some files on output folder (mainly images)
- runs docbook and injects doxygen's output

It should be straightforward to adapt to your needs.
