[ublas] Introduction

Hi list,

I am new to the list and wanted to introduce myself.

I am a postgraduate student at the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid and,
after having used some functionality of the boost library like smart
pointers, I have started some projects using uBlas.

In the next mail comes the first question :D
