[ublas] Blas lapack & clapack & atlas bindings question

hi all again,

the reason for mixing column and row based storage layouts was "grown code" :-(

Hence, 
- if I change my storage layout for any matrix to column-based, 
- use bindings "<boost/numeric/bindings/lapack>" but not "clapack" 
- link to atlas 

everything is fine,
