[ublas] matrix_matrix_binary and Matrix Expression requirements

Is the matrix_matrix_binary class supposed to be a model of the Matrix 
Expression concept?  It is derived from matrix_expression; the comments 
for matrix_expression in expression_types.hpp state that all derived 
classes should model Matrix Expression.  The Boost documentation also 
states that the Matrix Expression concept provides reverse_iterator1 and 
reverse_iterator2, but those types are not provided by 
matrix_matrix_binary.  Is that class missing some required types?  I'm 
using Boost 1.33.1.
