[ublas] [patch] Fix proxy_shortcuts for indirect_array

Hi,

The attached patch fixes expression_types.hpp so that the proxy short-cuts 
can work with indirect_array. Prior this patch, the template arguments of 
the return types are "A" instead of "indirect_array<A>" when the function 
parameters are of type "indirect_array<A>".
