[ublas] Ublas on multicore CPUs

Hi,

in a program I have to calculate many level 1 BLAS operations of large
vectors of complex numbers. Is there an easy way to take advantage of
multiple cores in these kind of BLAS operations? Is there a parallel
version of Ublas?
