Good to know this. What is the reason of this move? I just did an update
of numeric_binding/boost/numeric/bindings/traits and I just have the
files is_complex.hpp and is_real.hpp. The other files should still be
moved there I suppose.

I have copied mumps, atlas and umfpack to
numeric_binding/boost/numeric/bindings.
