Hi all,

because the issue of the sandbox directory structure was recently discussed on the boost-mailing list (http://lists.boost.org/Archives/boost/2009/02/149007.php), I would like to move the "current stable version" of the numeric-bindings library to sandbox/numeric_bindings-v1.

The current location of the library is:
https://svn.boost.org/svn/boost/sandbox/boost/numeric/bindings
and
https://svn.boost.org/svn/boost/sandbox/libs/numeric/bindings

The plan is to move "sandbox/boost/numeric/bindings" to "sandbox/numeric_bindings-v1/boost/numeric/bindings" and "sandbox/libs/numeric/bindings" to "sandbox/numeric_bindings-v1/libs/numeric/bindings".

I know that this will invalidate existing links to the bindings-repository, but I hope that this is not too bad. I will wait till 20.03.2009 before actually moving the repository, to leave enough time for protests.

The "current development version" of the numeric-bindings library version will stay in "sandbox/numeric_bindings".
