Subject: [ublas] size patch applied in trunk

Hi,

the free function size<>() can do the following now:

- size<1>(expression) returns the size of the first dimension,
- size<2>(expression) returns the size of the second dimension.

In practice, it can be used with any expression. If the default orientation
is used, size<1>(M) returns the number of rows of the matrix.
size<2> the number of columns and size<3> the age of the captain...
Thansk to Marco for the patch.

Best,
David
