Thanks everyone, I now managed to get it running with the precompiled
libraries from
http://icl.cs.utk.edu/lapack-for-windows/clapack/index.html#libraries 

I will try compiling LAPACK myself sometime later and look for my error, for
the moment its sufficient that it works. :D
