We have three headers now that act like extensions to standard headers:
* cstdlib.hpp (constants based off <cstdlib>)
* cstdint.hpp (in case C-99's <stdint.h> gets the C++ treatment)
* limits.hpp (just a pure substitute for <limits>)
I noticed that <boost/cstdlib.hpp> has no documentation, shouldn't we add
it? Should we make a special sub-library for these are future headers that
directly enhance a standard header? What would we call it?
