Summary: Link problem with MSVC6

Initial Comment:
I'm getting the following error in a project that uses 

Regex (MS Visual C++ 6):

LINK : fatal error LNK1104: cannot open 

file "boost_regex_vc6_mdid.lib"

I think the #pragma (comment, lib, ...) in 

<boost/regex/v3/regex_library_include.hpp> and the 

library name in the Jamfile don't match -- no such library 

is created by the Jamfile with default parameters.

 

I can still compile everything after #define'ing 

BOOST_REGEX_NO_LIB.
