Please make sure your message subject is pertinent to the message. In
particular, "Boost Digest, Vol 622, Issue 5" is not an appropriate
subject. The best way to start a thread replying to a message in the
digest is to find that message at gmane,
(http://news.gmane.org/gmane.comp.lib.boost.devel) and then select
"followup" from the drop-down menu at the upper right.
