[boost] boost/bind.hpp and boost/mpl/less.hpp conflict

Hi,

It seems these two files can not be both included,

just two line file:

#include <boost/bind.hpp>
#include <boost/mpl/less.hpp>

will fail to compile on vc 7.1

change value to value_t in bind.hpp can resolve the problem.
