[boost] [date_time] catalog.xml in CVS

Hi,
the date_time, specifically the libs/date_time/xmldoc directory, includes the 
catalog.xml file:

  File: catalog.xml       Status: Up-to-date

   Working revision:    1.1
   Repository revision:  
           1.1     /cvsroot/boost/boost/libs/date_time/xmldoc/catalog.xml,v

I think it should not, as the file is generated by Boost.Build, and placing a 
version which includes paths like:

    file:///usr/local/src/bart

is likely to lead to errors.
