Problem to substitute the std allocator with boost.asio and boost.filesystem

I subsitute the std allocator with my own stl allocator, and defined a new string type like this: typedef std::basic_string<char, std::char_traits<char>, MySTLAllocator<char> > my_string; typedef std::basic_string<wchar_t, std::char_traits<wchar_t>, MySTLAllocator<wchar_t> > my_wstring; And I want to use them in my project, but I met some problem when I use boost.asio and boost.filesystem. The boost asio directly use std::string, I can not find a way to deal with it. I know I can pass a c style string char* to the asio, but it was less efficiency. Is there any way to resolve this? [Polygon] Test among 3 libraries

Hi, I just modified a test program taken from AGG's examples to test the polygon clipping capability of following libraries. *Boost.Polygon *GPC *Clipper Here are some observations: 1) The proccesing speed (fastest to slowest): Clipper > GPC > Boost.Polygon 2) With "xor", although the results seems the same, they have different countours numbers (Clipper the least). 3) Boost.Polygon has a strange behavior that it sometimes produces erroneous vertical lines within the polygons. Hi to all, I intended to use the boost.FSM library. I have install boot version 1.42 but the FSM lib is not there, only statechart. Did this library has been removed from boost?
